By applying an open access publishing model, Concept Tech Publishing has built a publishing platform to provide immediate and free access to high-quality online content for all. Our authors, therefore, get their works read, shared and cited, quickly and frequently.

Each article published by Concept Tech Publishing has undergone a strict review process including initial check, peer review, and editors’ review. The review process is the foundation of trusted and quality academic content and we are fully committed to implementing a professional peer review process where expert reviewers are carefully selected to evaluate a manuscript thoroughly and fairly, to ensure the published content is always of a high standard.
Rapid and Professional Publication
Concept Tech Publishing strives to make every article available to researchers and the wider scientific community as soon as possible. We operate a rapid, initial check to provide rapid feedback on the suitability of submissions and endeavor to accelerate the formal review process without compromising the quality. We also maintain a high standard of electronic publication to produce articles with accurate content and excellent accessibility.
Authors Retain Copyright
All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. Under this license, authors hold the copyright of their work.
Free Publication
To attract high-quality submissions and relieve the financial burden for researchers, Concept Tech Publishing currently provides authors with free publication service, since all journals are wholly financed by scholarly communities. There is no charge to authors for submission, processing, and/or publication.
Wide Promotion
We make every effort to highlight every outstanding piece of research. Accepted articles are promptly displayed prominently on our websites to ensure rapid access; engaging posts of newly published articles are released on social media, like Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin, to spark wider attention; updates on the latest articles are provided promptly to subscribers and users through email or notification message, bringing more views; and every new research may be discussed and promoted in academic meetings or conferences, gaining more attention.
Administration, Maintenance, Server Hosting Provided
We will take care of server hosting, Internet connectivity, software maintenance & upgrades, and security fixes. The software provides all necessary functionality for the editorial workflow (such as guest editor, reviewer accounts, metadata processing, etc.). This allows you to focus solely on the scientific quality of your journal.
Metadata Indexing
We will take care of producing suitable metadata for your journal and all articles published and publish this metadata at important metadata hubs (such as INSPEC, Citeseer, DBLP, Google Scholar, Bibsonomy). Once your journal was successfully published for at least a year, we will provide an ISSN.
Reasonably Priced
Concept Tech Publishing is run by research scientists and aims at serving the scientific community at the lowest possible price. We will charge a nominal yearly journal hosting and servicing fee. You (or your organization) can either pay this fee as a service to your community or you can charge authors a small publication fee for each published article in order to cover these costs.
Printing and Shipping of Printed Versions of Your journal
On request, we will produce printed versions of your journal, to organize shipping & handling. Please contact info@conceptechint.net for further information.
Copyediting, Proofreading & Layout support
Optionally we offer to support your authors regarding the copyediting, proofreading, and layout of articles in the formats LaTeX, OpenOffice and Microsoft Word. These services are provided for a fee per article and page. Please contact info@conceptechint.net for further information.
